Charlie Strickler

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Charles Strickler is the CEO and co-founder of Conduit Resources which was established in 2015.  Since Conduit’s inception, Mr. Strickler has led the growth of Conduit Resources into an industry leading oil and gas software company specializing in data management with emphasis on the enablement of analytical and geospatial applications for commercial oil and gas information.  Prior to founding Conduit Resources, Mr. Strickler spent four years at Forest Oil where he was responsible for the integration of internal data and commercial oil and gas data through both an internal web mapping application and commercial GG&E oil & gas applications.  Preceding Forest Oil, Mr. Strickler had six years of operational experience with EnCana Oil & Gas working primarily in the Greater Green River and Wind River Basins of Wyoming.   Mr. Strickler received a B.S. degree in Geology from Southern Oregon University and completed a Masters in GIS and Data Management at the University of Denver. 

Mario Pallone

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Mario Pallone brings over 20 years of specialized experience in oil and gas development and production, with a technical background spanning operations, subsurface exploration, and enterprise information systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Colorado Mesa University, with minors in Watershed Science and Geographical Information Systems.

His professional focus includes implementing scalable data management solutions and integrating cloud-based infrastructure to support geospatial analysis, environmental monitoring, and operational optimization.

Jason Wilson

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Wilson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography with an emphasis in Geographic Information Systems from the Metropolitan State University of Denver.  For the past 27 years, he has focused on delivering technology solutions in support of energy exploration and production for companies including EnCana, SM Energy, and the Colorado Geological Survey. He has focused on supporting engineering, environment, geosciences, GIS, health, safety, and land from a variety of roles, both embedded on asset teams and within IT departments.

Michael Latimer

Chief Development Officer

Michael W. Latimer earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with a Business Minor from the University of Virginia. For more than 16 years, he has specialized in delivering technology solutions within the oil and gas industry. His expertise spans the full spectrum of upstream operations, including financial systems, environmental health and safety (EHS), production, mapping, and geoscience applications. He is recognized for bridging technical innovation with business needs to drive efficiency and measurable results across complex energy environments.

Bob Killingsworth

Software engineer

Mr. Killingsworth received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the California State University and completed post-graduate courses in Computer Science at the University of California, Los Angeles.  Over the past 15 years, he has focused on design/development of technical data management and mapping systems for the upstream Oil and Gas industry.  Prior experience includes over forty years in a wide variety of information technology assignments, including infrastructure, networking, applications development, and director-level management, with 25 of those years in the upstream Oil and Gas sector.

David May

Director Customer Success

Mr. May received a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Denver with an emphasis in Physical Geography and Geographic Information Systems. Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s in Database Design and Administration at the University of Denver. He brings with him 12 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. His experience includes working in roles focused on geologic, spatial, and well data management working for both Operators and Services organizations. He is focused on creating data delivery solutions to best support the management of vendor data and help organizations leverage their data assets.

Scott McWhirter

Business Development Executive

Mr. Scott McWhirter has over 25 years of business development roles, with the last 10 years focused on being in oil & gas geological services. During this time he has served operators through listening, managing and developing processes, open communication, and proactively engaging innovative practices to drive results with a strategic focus. Prior to entering the industry, he co-founded a global digital portal for mobile entertainment and started a multi-state real estate property services company. Mr. McWhirter received a BA in Bible at the Dallas Christian College in 1998.

Chad Tjelmeland

Senior Data Management Analyst

Mr. Tjelmeland received a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University, with a focus on Management Information Systems. For the past 25 years, he has been working with complex data management, customer requirements, and creating operational Business Intelligence solutions for C-level leadership, management, and tactical teams. He is dedicated to providing efficient and effective data-driven solutions that address the unique needs of his customers.

Kathy Maher

Business Development Executive

Kathy Maher is a seasoned professional with 37 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in energy data and analytics. She began her career in client support, building a strong foundation in customer engagement and service excellence. Over the past 20+ years, Kathy transitioned into sales and business development, holding key roles at Dwights EnergyData, PI/Dwights, IHS Markit, and most recently, S&P Global.

Her deep industry knowledge, long-standing client relationships, and commitment to delivering data-driven solutions have made her a trusted partner across the upstream oil and gas sector. Kathy brings a collaborative spirit and strategic mindset to Conduit Resources, helping clients navigate complex data environments and achieve their business goals.

Mark Chase

Business Development Advisor

Mr. Chase joined Conduit Resources in April 2018 as Director of Business Development.  He has 40+ years in the oil and gas industry focusing on information and technologies.  He started his oil and gas career working in oil fields as a roustabout working on pulling units, cable tool rigs, putting in water floods and working as a pumper.  Upon finishing his education, he joined Petroleum Information in 1984 in a sales capacity.  Mr. Chase was a founding partner of Premier Data Services in 1994, where he was V.P. of Sales.  Premier Data Services provided land and lease information services and mapping to the oil and gas and mining industries, as well as, the Department of Interior through the Bureau of Land Management.  Premier Data Services was acquired by IHSM in 2012.  Mr. Chase was Director of Sales for US Land for IHSM until his retirement in 2017.   Mr. Chase has bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Geology from Kansas University.
